NFA announces ticket sales for Saturday’s Nigeria, Guinea qualifier

Tickets for Saturday’s crucial 2012 African Cup of Nations qualifier between Nigeria and Guinea will sell for N3,000 and N300 respectively, the Nigeria Football Association (NFA) announced on Wednesday.
A statement by Ademola Olajire, NFA’s Chief Media Officer, said in Lagos that seats in the State Box would be strictly by invitation, while the State Box Extension would go for N3,000 and the Popular Stand for N300 each.
It said the State Box was reserved for Vice President Namadi Sambo, Senate President David Mark, Speaker Aminu Tambuwal, ministers and other dignitaries.
The statement said tickets would be on sale at the NFA secretariat at Zone 7, Wuse, Abuja; the Old Parade Ground, Abuja; Serob Legacy Hotels, Wuye, Abuja; Ignobis Hotel in Kubwa and AP Life Camp Station.
Nigeria with 10 points are second in Group B behind the leaders Guinea who have 13 points. Nigeria must win the match to qualify for next year’s Africa Cup of Nations finals in Equatorial Guinea and Gabon. (NAN)
